  • Remove or disable any booking site that violates this AUP or our Terms of Service.
  • Reclaim subdomains that are inactive, misleading, or infringe on trademarks.

Violations of this AUP may result in, at our sole discretion:

  • A warning with a request to correct the violation.
  • Temporary suspension of your account or specific features.
  • Permanent termination of your account without refund.
  • Removal of content or booking sites.
  • Reporting to law enforcement if the violation involves illegal activity.

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in illegal activities.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to hello@rentalcal.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

Every link-in-bio page and offer page we host has a "Report" link for the same purpose. If you believe a page or site we host infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice to the address above that includes: the work or mark you say is infringed; the address of the page and what on it infringes; your name, postal address, phone number, and email address; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature. We will review it, remove or disable what should not be there, and tell the property owner, who may send a counter-notice. We close the accounts of property owners who repeatedly infringe.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
