iCal link checker for Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com
Paste your calendar export link. See the blocked dates it actually contains, and why it might not be syncing. No signup.
Check a calendar link
What it checks
The same read your calendar sync does
Reads the feed as the platforms publish it
The same parser RentalCal's sync runs on every channel: folded lines, all-day dates, timezones, missing end dates. If it reads here, it syncs.
Tells reservations from blocked dates
Airbnb exports a guest as Reserved and an imported or manual block as Airbnb (Not available). Vrbo says Blocked. The result counts each kind, and says so when a feed, like Booking.com's, labels every night the same way.
Names the usual breakages
A regenerated link, a sign-in page instead of a calendar, a feed with nothing in it, a timeout. Each comes back with what to do about it.
Where the link lives
How to find your iCal link
Every platform hides its export link somewhere different. The RentalCal Chrome extension finds it for you on the platform's own page; by hand, it is here.
Airbnb iCal link
- Open Calendar, pick the listing, then Availability and Connect calendars.
- Choose Connect to another website.
- Copy the link under Step 1, Export calendar. It ends in .ics.
Vrbo iCal link
- Open Calendar, then the Availability tab in the settings panel.
- Under Calendar sync, choose Connect calendars.
- Click Copy link. Vrbo copies the export link without showing it, so paste it straight in.
Booking.com iCal link
- In the extranet, open Rates & Availability, then Sync calendars.
- Choose Export calendar.
- Copy the link. It starts with ical.booking.com.
Google Calendar iCal link
- Open Settings, pick the calendar, then Integrate calendar.
- Copy the Secret address in iCal format, not the public address.
- If it stops working later, Reset the secret address and copy it again.
